The face of Outbound Travelers to every client — own the complete journey from the first conversation about a dream destination to a confirmed sale, and beyond.
Client management & sales
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their travel aspirations, budgets and preferences, and translate these into tailored itineraries
- Drive consistent monthly sales through proactive new client acquisition alongside excellent service to repeat customers
- Coordinate the client's complete booking cycle — flights, accommodation, tours and travel-related services — across domestic and international destinations
Service excellence & operations
- Deliver exceptional client service at every stage, from initial inquiry through travel completion
- Proactively monitor client travel plans and resolve any changes, disruptions or emergencies with speed and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payment documentation and invoices in a timely manner
Industry knowledge
- Stay current on travel trends, visa requirements, airline policies and destination highlights across key outbound markets
- Provide clients with accurate, well-informed advice that instills confidence and supports their decision-making
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience in sales, hospitality or client handling
- Exceptional communication skills, with a professional, client-first approach in every interaction
- Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken and written) required; additional regional, national or international languages are a strong advantage
- Proven ability in sales — you know how to build trust, handle objections and close bookings
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the best options for clients without compromising on service quality
- Well-organised and composed under pressure, able to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once
- A genuine passion for travel and the ability to bring destinations to life through your recommendations
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation, communication and booking tools
- Open to all educational backgrounds — what matters most is your drive, people skills and enthusiasm for the travel industry
You're the reason a booked trip actually runs smoothly — hotels, transfers, itineraries and the WhatsApp message that fixes a problem before the traveller even worries about it.
What you'll do
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transfers and local vendors for every confirmed trip
- Build and maintain accurate day-wise itineraries
- Handle on-trip issues in real time — delays, changes, emergencies
- Work closely with the sales team to confirm bookings and hold inventory
- Keep our "24×7 on-trip support" promise real, not just a tagline
What we're looking for
- Organised, detail-oriented, and calm when a plan changes last-minute
- Comfortable with basic Excel / Google Sheets
- Willing to be reachable during live trips, including some weekends
- Tamil and English communication
Tell the honest story of every trip we run — reels, YouTube, destination content — with a consistent, premium look that still feels real, not staged.
What you'll do
- Edit reels and shorts for Instagram and YouTube from raw trip footage
- Work with the content team on hooks, captions and trending formats
- Maintain a consistent, premium brand look across every edit
- Turn footage around quickly — trends move fast, so do we
What we're looking for
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
- A strong sense of pacing, sound design and storytelling
- A portfolio or reel of past edits
- Bonus: comfortable shooting on a phone or camera while travelling
